Welcome! I’m Jon. I am a Certified Breath Coach, meditation guide, mindful outdoor guide and archery instructor on the faculty at Kripalu in the Berkshires, MA - the largest yoga and mindful health and wellness retreat in North America. I began coaching after 14 years as a multiple award winning Broadway and film actor. I was thriving in my dream career but as the world shifted dramatically in 2020 I could feel the deep pain, stress and burn out experienced by so many and felt called to facilitate healing through mindfulness. |
My own journey with mindful wellness began in my first year of college when I experienced a panic attack.
Then another.
Then another.
The anxiety was affecting my sleep, digestion, mental clarity and ability to be present with others.
Realizing this was debilitating and unsustainable I began digging for solutions and discovered Zen meditation.
Through observing the movements of my own mind without judgement I began to feel more grounded.
And then came breathwork.
When I discovered I could soothe my own nervous system through specific breathing patterns I was hooked.
My anxiety subsided, stress melted away and my life was forever changed.
These practices have been my anchor for nearly 20 years.
I am honored and grateful to share my experience to help guide others.
