WHY SOMATIC BREATHWORK?

Sometimes "calming" practices don't work...

Stress, trauma, pain, grief - the experiences of life - can be like a push that leaves imprints on the nervous system.

These imprints disrupt the natural flow of energy in the body - causing anxiety, overthinking, physical tension, hesitation or a tendency to close off from love, joy or success for fear of being hurt.

Much of this happens unconsciously.
